Shipping Process
For products in stock we aim to process orders within 24-48 hours of the order being placed. Actual delivery times will depend on the delivery location and delivery method. Due to the nature of our products, we have a variety of couriers. All couriers are booked as soon as the parcel ready. SOME couriers take more time than others to collect parcels. The Crocker Team will alert drivers if the parcel is not collected within one business day. We usually have couriers delivering and picking up from us on most days.
For products not in stock e.g. SPECIAL ORDER WALLPAPER we will contact you and give an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) Most wallpaper will arrive to us within 2-3 weeks. Estimated delivery times- this is a guide only, based on the quoted delivery timetables and service levels.
Some of our other products may require ordering so please allow time for your parcel to arrive. Feel free to call us if you have a question about your order and have your order number ready.
All tracking is provided. Please contact us if you have not received your tracking details.
Aerosols are classified as DG and are charged as per the courier DG's cost. Identification will be required. All aerosol purchases must be by a person 18 years or older.
When you buy spray paint online, you are confirming that you are 18 years or older.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of our products and the bulky sizes of our goods, we are not using Australia Post at this stage. Please include street addresses where possible. If your only option is a PO Box address and you would like to order, please call us or email us to discuss. Once our dynamic shipping is glitch free, we may look to include Australia Post as a shipping option in the future.

Local Pick-up Orders
Local Pick Up is available from the store as shown on the Site. An estimated collection time and date will be displayed when you place your Order. We will update your order when it's ready to pick up and you will receive an email. Please wait for this email before arriving at the store.
You agree to comply with collection requirements specified in this clause and such other requirements as notified by us when you place your pick-up Order or within a reasonable period after you submit your Order:
(a) you must collect your ordered Products from the store.
(b) present a photo ID and/or we may also require you to present the debit/credit card used to make the purchase when you collect your Order.
If you will not be the person collecting your Order then your representative must provide us with photo ID and/or we may also require your representative to present the debit/credit card used to make the purchase when your representative collect your Order.
If you or your representative does not supply the appropriate identification, we will not allow collection of the products you have ordered.
You agree to ensure that the person collecting any spray paint or other relevant Restricted Products is over the age of 18 years or such other minimum age as prescribed by law. Please see our section called “Buying Spray Paint” for more information.
By law you are not allowed to purchase spray paint unless you are 18 years of age or older. You are also not allowed to purchase spray paint on behalf of a minor, or otherwise supply spray paint to a minor, unless the spray paint is to be used for the lawful pursuit of an occupation, education or training, or for any lawful artistic, construction, renovation or maintenance activity in the immediate vicinity of the place where supply occurred.
By clicking through to the checkout or buying in store, you understand that this is our law and we may ask you to provide proof of age in the form of an electronically scanned drivers licence that may be emailed to us or shown to us in store. The address on the licence must match the address of the registered shop user and purchaser.
We will not despatch the order unless we are satisfied that the supply is not in breach of the relevant laws. If Crockers has to cancel your order because of your inability to demonstrate compliance with the spray paint laws, we will charge you a 30% restocking fee and will refund the difference only. ALL spray paint is sent via Courier and the shipping costs include the associated fuel levy and dangerous goods charged by the courier company. A signature may be required on delivery.
